Common craft videos on Cyber Safety
We have been learning about keeping ourselves safe on the internet.
We now understand how important it is be aware and to protect our identity. We have completed our movies on Cyber Safety using the Common Craft style. They are simple animations but the messages are very important.
We hope that you enjoy them.

Hello Kidsjig,
I watched each of you video clips and found them all to be wonderful.
The first and third dealt with telling someone if you are bullied. When you have a bully in the playground, it’s easy for others to see what is happening. When people use cyberbullying, they can hide behind their online identity. What they don’t realise is they still leave traces of what they do. Whether in the playground or online, the key to stopping bullying is to tell someone. Your message was brilliant.
The second and fourth dealt with giving out private information. This is also an important message. These days there are people who spend time on their computer looking for weaknesses in systems. If we give away too much information online it makes their job much easier. Whether you get an email, phone call, or a message online asking for your details, you must always take care what you reply. Always check with an adult if you’re not sure. Like the first and third videos, yours also carried an important message.
These days I do quite a bit of video work for schools and community groups. In fact, while writing this comment, my computer is preparing video files for editing. Knowing how much work goes into even short clips, I was impressed with all of these presentations. Well done, everyone.

Well done Senior G, you’ve put some great messages out there. I’ll make sure the 3-4′s get to watch them as well!
While making them, I hope you have taken in ALL the information and follow it, we don’t want anyone at our school being cyber bullied or being a cyber bully, now or in the future.
Be safe and be happy!
Cheers Mrs Bellesini
